The microclimate of Offida, among the most beautiful villages in Italy, favors an ideal ripening of the grapes, giving them unique characteristics. Produced from a selection of red grape varieties as required by the production regulations, the wine ages for a total period of twenty-four months in various types of wood, differing in essence and size. This is followed by further refinement in the bottle for at least three months.
