This information refers to the 14 main allergens identified by current regulations (except for ingredients excluded by the regulations). They have been compiled based on data provided by our suppliers regarding the composition of their products for voluntarily incorporated ingredients. However, the accidental presence of other allergenic ingredients that may have been involved in the production of these food products by our suppliers or as a result of their use in the restaurant cannot be completely excluded. The composition of the products may be subject to change. We will do our best to update this section, especially when we are informed of a change in the composition of any of these. We also invite you to visit this section regularly. It is recommended to present the various elements of this section to your doctor or allergist so that they can advise you in your food choices.
